Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas operating under the QantasLink banner providing aircraft and crew to service Qantas regional ports within Western Australia. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft, including Fokker 100 and Airbus 320.

Your new role as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1) will see you deliver quality and reliable maintenance and rectification services to a high standard, while ensuring all OHS and safety compliance is adhered to. We’re a high performing team, and we each have the opportunity to add value and make an impact on the business.


In this role you will be responsible for tasks including:

  • Performing rectification, servicing, ground handling and general maintenance activities required to support the aircraft;
  • Performing aircraft maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers/ company specification to a very high standard which meets company and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensuring all work areas are maintained to OHS & Company standards, including being cleaned after each use;
  • Maintaining a high level of communication with fellow staff members and contribute to the team environment in a positive manner;
  • Completing all documentation and reporting to required standard; and
  • Ensuring that safe working practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to in accordance with Company and Aviation policies.


To be successful in this role you must hold and possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • AME Trade Certificate;
  • Certificate 4 or Diploma of Aeroskills (Mechanical);
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience as a B1 AME
  • Experience on A320 or F100 aircraft preferred
  • Be highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and good organisation skills;
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills; and
  • Be a team player.
